Classic Western leatherwork with a two-tone twist.

This one-of-a-kind leather checkbook cover combines two warm Western shades to create a design that's understated from a distance but packed with detail up close.

The vegetable-tanned leather exterior is finished in two complementary Fiebing's colors: Texas Tan along the outer sections and Saddle Tan through the center. A hand-stamped barbed wire design follows the curved boundary between the two colors, creating a crisp visual separation and giving the cover its unmistakably Western character.

The textured background along the Texas Tan sections adds even more dimension, while the open Saddle Tan center allows the natural character and variation of the leather to show through.

It's machine stitched with cream thread, which provides a lighter contrast against the rich brown leather and complements the two-tone design.

And the Western details continue inside. The two checkbook pockets are constructed from genuine rustic brown ostrich-embossed cowhide, giving the interior plenty of texture and character without making the piece overly flashy.
