At Cherokee Rose Custom Leather, every item is made with care, and I want you to love your purchase. Please review the policy below for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

📦 Returns on In-Stock Items

  • I accept returns on in-stock items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in the same condition you received them: unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 If your return is approved, I’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back.

🛠️ Custom Orders

Because each custom leather order is designed and made specifically for you, custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes personalized work with tooling, initials, brands, or special designs.

⚠️ Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact me right away at support@cherokeerosecustomleather.com so I can make it right.

🔄 Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original (if eligible) and then place a new order for the replacement item.

💵 Refunds

Once I’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be notified if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
