Unlike vegetable tanned leather that starts out firm and gradually softens with use, oil tanned leather already has a supple, broken-in feel right out of the box.
Made from premium full-grain oil tanned leather, this wallet is built to handle daily use while developing the rich character and patina that only real leather can achieve. Over time, the leather will darken, soften, and tell the story of years spent in your pocket.
Each wallet is handcrafted one at a time in my East Texas workshop and made using traditional leatherworking techniques. The clean, untooled design allows the natural beauty of the leather to take center stage.

Why Oil Tanned Leather?
Oil tanned leather is infused with oils during the tanning process, creating a leather that is softer, more flexible, and more forgiving than traditional vegetable tanned leather. It develops a rich patina with use and gains character from everyday wear, making each wallet uniquely yours.
